BOOM & MEGABOOM App Reviews

App worked great for almost two weeks and now it wont recognize the UE BOOM2 is connected. App is now just useless. What a shame because it was a good idea that Logitech cant seem to pull off.

When I install apps try connect speaker to UE apps wont connect. Then I uninstall UE apps then install UE apps, after reinstall UE apps connect UE boom 2 speaker BT my IPad then open UE apps I get connect, work great able to update my UE boom 2 speaker.

Fix Bluetooth. Make so you can set primary sources of audio so if two people in the same room are on Bluetooth, the speaker doesnt constantly try and switch back and forth between both audio sources.

This app used to work great; now it doesnt recognize when a speaker is connected. Luckily, the app isnt necessary for playing sound through the speaker via Bluetooth, but I miss the EQ and Double Up features. I use an iPhone 6 running 9.3.1 if that helps.

Used to work on my old Boom. My new Megaboom wont work on the app even though it works fine on the iphone. I would like to change the name/double up some day, only had it for 4 months now.

Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesnt. Hope they fix it soon.

I have done every thing to get this app to contact to my iPod touch 6 . I restored all my settings on my iPod and Bluetooth and nothing is work. I just got the UE 2 and it dont contact .no happy about to just return the speaker!

I think the app works great for what it does, have not had any of the issues other commenters have had. Could use some more functions~

Paired and listening to music, but app cannot find device...seems to be a common occurrence.

This app does not recognize when my phone is connected to the ue boom. I can have Spotify playing through the ue boom and the app still will not recognize the connection. Thus, I cannot access most of the features of this app. The only useful thing I can do is wake up the ue boom when its turned off (although this app still wont recognize the ue boom after the app wakes it up)

The app is a great idea and I love the concept except it wont connect to my speaker. I have an iPhone 6s Plus and no matter what I try, it just wont connect. I even tried uninstalling and the installing again and that didnt work either. Super bummed

What C++ high school drop outs did you higher? - It is impossible to "Double Up". - When one speaker connects the other drops out. - Bluetooth doesnt work most of the time. Isnt that what theyre designed to do, the main feature. Failure. Overall the hardware seems good, but software seems to be designed by what I can only assume to be a clan of rabid apes.
