No in-app Updater?

You could update from WITHIN the iOS app, now thats been removed? WHY? That was a fantastic feature.

Now I do all sorts of computer stuff? Im using the app with my iPhone, not a computer. This app is mostly useless now. It tells me I need to update to get custom EQ, but I cant update! What the heck?
