UE needs to fix this update, pdq!

I updated the firmware in my 2 UE boom 2s, and now the speakers wont pair in stereo with my iPad Air 2. UE support told me that there was a glitch in the UE boom app.
Fine! Now, what in hell are the owners of these very expensive speakers to do?
Not one word from UE or Logitech to let customers know what the company is doing to rectify the glitch. They dont even offer a link to the original app!
I guess this company will lose market share if they continue to ignore their customers.
